2026 Season
Welcome to the 2026 Marching Band season for our awesome Dragon Marching Band. To participate in marching band, the student will need to register for the Marching Band class as well as have ALL of the following forms filled out by May 1st, 2026. If you need assistance or have questions about the forms, please email records@lodragonbands.org.
If information isn’t completely submitted and payments not paid, there could be events your student will not be able to attend.

Medical Form Download (This is the same form LOHS uses for athletics which is good for 1 year.)
Please complete after April 15th, 2026.
Make sure to email OR mail the Medical Form and Insurance Card BY MAY 1st so your student can participate in practices:
